It's easy, common & perfectly okay to feel a little overwhelmed by whatever your day, week or whole life throws at you.
When that happens, you can now take the time to
Kiss For One Moment -
Keep It Simple, Sweetheart - For One Moment.
Each morning, you pick a word.
You can leave it to chance or pick what feels right for you.
That word is now your touchpoint,
your anchor for the day.
Keep it in your pocket, take a pic or simply say it out loud a couple of times -
whatever you need to do to make it "yours".
Setting an intention for the day is a simple way to bring the focus back to what you've chosen for yourself,
instead of what may sneak in uninvited!
Sharing mine with a close friend helps me stay connected even when I might not feel very social.
I truly hope it does the same for you!

Born in the UK, with my heritage in Trinidad and Grenada, I have made Australia my home for a little over 25 years.
Passionate about dogs. And cheese.

After trying (and failing) so many times to meditate, but still feeling there was a meditation shaped gap in my day, I was inspired to fill that gap with what worked for me and share it.
I want you to have something that you can easily reach for whenever you need to just... stop.
I want to change the way we get through the day - one KISS at a time!
